Principle

SZG Double-Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer is Double-cone-shaped rotating tank; the tank in a vacuum state; to Walter jacket for heating steam or hot water; heat through the tank wall contact with the wet material. After the wet material and evaporates moisture; by the vacuum pump is pumped through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Since the tank body in a vacuum state; and swing the tank so that the material constant up and down, inside and outside turning; it accelerated the drying rate of the material; improve the drying efficiency; to achieve uniform drying purposes.
